Role:
- We need an experienced Business Development Manager to introduce automotive stamping production mould to the German automotive market
- The ideal candidate must have customer partnership from Daimler AG or Magna International Inc.
- Develop and manage automotive industry partnership accounts. This role will be primarily in outbound sales
- The ideal candidate must have extensive business development and sales management experience with an existing network of contacts in the automotive sector
- The ideal Senior Sales Manager candidate must have strong sales skills and the motivation to lead a team to win customers and grow revenue quickly
Your tasks:
- Grow revenue by expanding new accounts and identifying opportunities to present solutions and strategies
- Sell automotive stamping production mould products with the goal of revenue growth
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from lead generation, organizing meetings, preparing proposals and negotiations, to closing contracts
- Define monthly or annual growth plans and future-oriented sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams ( team in China, etc.) to formulate strategic sales plans and execute successful sales campaigns
- Collaborate with internal account management team to achieve upsell targets
- Consistently monitor sales activities against KPIs and accurately report sales activities to senior management
Your Profile:
- Very good German language skills/native speaker; good English language skills an advantage
- Several years of experience (10-15 years) in business development and sales management in the automotive industry
- Extensive network and contacts at auto manufacturer and Tier1/Tier2 customer resources
