Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned/required quota and activity goals
- Develop and execute against a territory plan based on the company’s overall requirements that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline
- Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals
- Adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that drive competitive advantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives on a global basis
- Develop our multiple sales channels and source new channels
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3 years or more of sales experience with medical devices, medical consumables, and healthcare solutions are desired
- Strong financial acumen and business orientation with innovative approaches to business development
- Solid proven sales record in continually achieving or exceeding assigned business revenue targets
- Proven proficiency in account plan development and implementation of related sales strategies to secure large clients
- Strong command of English and German in both oral and written
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Have a strong initiative & willing to accept the challenge
