Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy and plan according to the company’s sales target for the region (product line) under the responsibility
  • Systematic market development in the region (product line) under his/her responsibility
  • Establish, maintain and expand sales channels
  • Continuously build and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and adjust (if necessary) sales strategies and plans accordingly
  • Keeps abreast of competitive peers/competitors in the market and conducts targeted marketing and sales activities
  • Provide feedback to the company on product and market information

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical device/device; consumables and medical service sales field
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Language requirement: English is a must; German/Chinese is optional
  • Strong desire to face challenges and pressure
  • Self-learning and motivation skills
  • Willingness to be results-oriented
  • Suitable for frequent travel
