WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Create and extend developer tools and cloud integrations supporting our micro frontend architecture to provide user tracking, performance and error tracking, localization at scale, etc.
- Evolve our UI components library and design system providing great developer and user experience.
- Drive technical decisions, align with stakeholders and product managers on requirements.
- Help in building and maintaining the department frontend community.
- Lead and support the personal growth of the team members (3+).
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Effective communication skills in English and ability to understand business requirements.
- Working in an agile and multicultural team.
- Passionate about writing clean and testable code with a special focus on extensibility, required for library and framework authoring.
- Experience building scalable front-end infrastructure software.
- Excellent hands-on experience on Frontend/Full Stack technology spectrum used in our department: Javascript ES6 / CSS, Typescript, React / Redux, JSS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Webpack.
- Experience in testing techniques like unit, integration and E2E tests using framework like Jest, Enzyme / Selenium / Puppeteer or similar technologies
- Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.).
- Good understanding of AWS services and CI/CD and not afraid of deploying and operating your application.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices.
