Your tasks:
- Processing of all administrative and operational tasks in the HR area, including the creation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates and job references
- Maintenance of HR main data
- Supporting payroll with the timely and accurate preparation of all necessary data
- Carrying out all necessary administrative activities for new hires and departures
- Organizing and conducting orientation training for our new starters
- Participation in various HR projects
- Cross-site communication with global HR teams
- Participation in the further development of HR management and improvement of HR processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with an additional qualification in HR and/or training in HR desirable
- Professional experience in HR administration
- Knowledge in the area of personnel support
- Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Chinese is desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- High level of commitment, initiative and organizational skills as well as an independent way of working
- Team spirit and a sense of humor
