Your tasks:

  1. Processing of all administrative and operational tasks in the HR area, including the creation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates and job references
  2. Maintenance of HR main data
  3. Supporting payroll with the timely and accurate preparation of all necessary data
  4. Carrying out all necessary administrative activities for new hires and departures
  5. Organizing and conducting orientation training for our new starters
  6. Participation in various HR projects
  7. Cross-site communication with global HR teams
  8. Participation in the further development of HR management and improvement of HR processes

Your profile:

  1. Completed commercial training with an additional qualification in HR and/or training in HR desirable
  2. Professional experience in HR administration
  3. Knowledge in the area of personnel support
  4. Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Chinese is desirable
  5. Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  6. High level of commitment, initiative and organizational skills as well as an independent way of working
  7. Team spirit and a sense of humor
