Responsibility:

  • Responsible for developing and organizing sales efforts and meeting individual annual contract goals
  • Responsible for the overall follow-up of the customer’s projects and the smooth mass production of the customer’s products
  • Assist all business units to jointly expand customers and provide solutions for customers
  • Coordinate internal R&D resources and control the pace of projects; anticipate project risks and prevent them in advance, and actively and effectively promote problem solving
  • Summarize problems and requirements encountered in the course of the project, propose optimization solutions, and promote continuous improvement of the product
  • Participate in market research, competitor research, marketing planning, etc., and provide timely feedback on the progress of marketing
  • Responsible for the establishment of customer information files and management, and scientific customer relationship management, to provide timely and effective high quality services to major customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist the company to continuously improve and optimize the customer development and operation management systems and processes; assist the company to continuously optimize the allocation of market resources to large customers, saving sales and operation management costs
  • Organize and participate in bidding contracts, coordinate and connect technical support and guarantee work for customers
  • Customer feedback and timely handling of customer complaints and other matters
  • Assist in other operational and business management work and make their own reasonable suggestions to the company
  • Monitor market competitor’s trends and inform on important issues (policies, regulations, events, etc.) in the overseas region and industry
  • Perform other temporary tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above, male or female, at least 3 years of relevant working experience in key account management in Europe, good English and German language skills
  • Good knowledge of project management, familiar with project management tools and experience in the whole process of project follow-up
  • Excellent professionalism, good communication skills, team player, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • Expertise in the industry is a plus (local German automakers, Tier 1, Tier 2)
