Location: Frankfurt am Main
Responsibility:
- Set up and update the E-com logistics workflow and standardize the operation procedures. Explore new ideas and solutions to sustain the E-com service commitment in fast changing business needs
- Responsible for the selection of E-com logistics suppliers (3PL), system integration. Overall manage the E-com 3PL and Warehouse, monitor the performance of LSP and drive for E-com logistics excellence
- Responsible for reporting and analytical support. Identify measurable KPI, analyze and give recommendation on the operation improvement; Engage the stakeholders to roll out best practices within the region
- Drive for the E-com system development and find the solution to work with IT team to fix the issues
- Responsible for E-com import cross-border operation, coordinate with HQ and shipper for the new operation process implement
Requirement:
- Familiar with E-com Warehouse and logistics process, especially for the countries in EU. Have experience in E-com Logistics design and solution in warehousing and distribution network
- Familiar with E-com system and IT solution
- Knowledge in cross-border E-com process and operation will be a plus
- Excellent in oral and written English and German
- More than 2 years working experience in the field of E-com logistics in EU
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, Team work spirit
