Key responsibilities include:
- This is a strategic role driving Continental Europe BU’s organization and talent development
- Strategic business partner to Regional Management in Continental Europe, to ensure the effective use of business resources, acting as advisor/consultant, proposing /delivering sound solutions to support business growth and to meet business needs
- Contribute in evaluating and improving HR policies/process framework, making sure they are kept and relevant, consistent with local laws and regulation as well as company business needs
- Work closely with Head Quarter and local Manager to shape organization culture, morale and increase productivity and retention
- Conduct effective HR practices to businesses , including but not limited to staffing, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, talent assessment and development, performance management, communication & other HR related activities
- Group internal policies implementation
- Undertake HR projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- 10 years working experience in HR function
- Good business insight, communication & influencing skills
- With experience of HR generalist, staffing, employee relationship
- Bachelor degree
- Strong communication skills in German and English;Mastering of other European languages is preferred
- Able to influence and motivate various stakeholders
- Able to build constructive working relationships with people from different countries and cultures
- Exhibit entrepreneurship spirit and motivation to deliver results
