Job Responsibilities:
- After-sales management for customers according to the company’s requirements. Such as establishing after-sales files; maintenance service records, etc.
- Provide customers with product installation, maintenance/repair, and training on-site
- Provide online training and technical consulting services for customers
- Represent the company to the customer (agent or end customer) for project (if appropriate) delivery and acceptance
- Work closely with sales managers/representatives to enhance the „viscosity“ of existing customers and develop customer brand loyalty to achieve secondary or multiple purchases
- Provide timely feedback to the company/sales on customer and market information
- Provide any product improvement suggestions using your own technical advantages
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in after-sales service for medical devices/instruments
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Language requirement: English is a must; German/Chinese is optional
- Strong self-learning ability
- Suitable for frequent business travel
